Tarasyn started her career working for political polling company ComRes, where she interviewed political stakeholders on behalf of her clients. She then moved into headhunting a decade ago, working for The Works Search and Selection. Tarasyn went on to lead a headhunting firm together with Tessa in 2014, before co-founding Elva Partners in 2018.

Tarasyn has extensive experience placing talented media and political professionals with an exclusive group of UK and global clients with whom she works closely.

Tessa Foot

Managing Partner

Tessa has been in communications and headhunting for more than a decade. She has an outstanding track record of placing superstars with a range of in-house and agency clients, both in the UK and worldwide.

Tessa has worked on briefs across consumer and corporate communications, public affairs and stakeholder engagement as well as content, digital, and financial PR and investor relations. She prides herself on the breadth of her understanding across the communications spectrum.

Having graduated from Durham University with a BA in Classics and Ancient History, Lucy joined Elva Partners in 2021. Lucy works closely with candidates and clients in communications and government relations, working on roles across the UK, US and MENA.

Melissa is an Associate Partner of Elva Partners and has more than 20 years of recruitment experience. With specialist knowledge in corporate communications, reputation management and financial PR, Melissa has recruited both in the UK and internationally across Europe, The Middle East and the US.
